Ever feel like you’re great at setting goals but then never actually achieve them?

A key paradigm shift for me recently was the realisation that setting and achieving goals is a SKILL, no different to running a business.

We probably all have those people in our lives who set goals, and with or without fail consistently go on to smash them. Often we attribute this to their superhuman willpower and determination.

However what I’ve come to realise is that determination alone isn’t enough. Even vision alone isn’t enough.

In reality, the difference between those who get what they want out of life, and those who don’t, is mastering the art and science of setting and achieving goals.

As someone who obsesses over personal growth, this was a huge epiphany for me.

In this episode of Unscripted, I start to talk my team through the profound exercise I did to translate my vision into more granular daily rituals and habits.

Set aside 15 minutes to watch this and let me know your biggest barrier to achieving your goals in the comments below.
