“Connect with Australia’s Leading Entrepreneurs to Accelerate the Growth of Your Business”
Looking for a way to stimulate growth in your company?
Want to surround yourself with some of the best names in Australian business?
Like to connect with 400 entrepreneurs under 40?
Australia’s top entrepreneurs, investors, top tier business brands and 400 high-growth companies are all coming together for what has become known as Australia’s largest event for entrepreneurs under 40.

Frustrated & Underachieving Despite Giving It Your All?
With the business landscape showing signs of strain, the Australian economy is slowing, putting pressure on small businesses to tighten margins and make decisions quickly.
To make things harder, Gen Y continues to attract negative press, labeling the generation as lazy, disloyal and professionally unreliable.
Although these factors can make life harder for some business owners, what we’re seeing is a market place that is tailor made for Gen Y entrepreneurs who are willing to go the extra mile.
Australian business owners list their number one challenge as ‘growth’ and their number two challenge as ‘access to capital’. With consumer spending slowing, more educated customers and heightened competition, walking the entrepreneurial path alone can be tiresome.
Now more than ever it is important to not only surround yourself with the best, but to ensure you only seek advice from entrepreneurs with ‘been there done that’ experience.
The Young Entrepreneurs Unconvention is Australia’s largest event for entrepreneurs under 40. Consistently sold out in Melbourne and Sydney for the last two years, The Unconvention is your opportunity to connect with Australia’s best entrepreneurs, while networking with 400 like-minded high-growth business owners in your age bracket.

“Not only have my companies almost doubled in size, The Entourage has helped me think bigger and I am now more focused on my long term goals.” |
“I joined The Entourage last year after searching for a place I could meet like minded entrepreneurs. I had been running Zest Marketing at that stage 4 years, and had recently set up my 3rd company Zest Promotions. I was struggling to find people that I could bounce ideas off, and wanted to learn more about other industries from experts. I began the Scalable and Saleable Program in August 2011.Not only have my companies almost doubled in size, The Entourage has helped me think bigger and I am now more focused on my long term goals. Being able to relate to business owners in similar situations has taken pressure off me and learning new things has given me fresh motivation.
Since joining the Entourage Zest Possibilities has gone International, and I have started working on a new book to encourage young female entrepreneurs.” - Liz Atkinson (Zest Possiblities) |
“I had 3 personal trainers with 30 clients in Sydney. In 12 months we have grown to 100 active members, 12 trainers, a CEO and a sensational support team.” |
“For much of 2009/2010 I faced the entrepreneurs curse. Being a good trainer with strong values didn’t mean having a great business. Finding good trainers, getting more clients, working ridiculous hours, my business was running me, instead of me running it.Then in 2010 a friend told me about a convention for young entrepreneurs. I was sceptical at first saying if it was no good I was leaving at lunchtime to go to the beach. Not only did I survive till lunchtime, we stayed till the end, went to the after party, signed up for the 2 Day Entourage Entrepreneurs Course and went onto the 12 month Scalable and Saleable Program.
At the time I begun, I had 3 personal trainers with 30 clients in Sydney. In 12 months we have grown to 100 active members, 12 trainers, a CEO and a sensational support team. We have grown from personal training to now delivering group exercise and corporate health across Sydney and Melbourne. Personally I have loved my experience with the Entourage not only for the practical education about building your business but the friends and networks I have made along the way. I now feel I have made the transformation from personal trainer to entrepreneur.” - Greg Stark (Better Being Personal Training) |
“We have built Cupcake Central to a well-recognised brand within Melbourne with two retail stores in prominent locations, with a projected turnover of $2 million this financial year. |
“It was always a dream of mine to run my own business from as young as I can remember.Being involved with The Entourage is probably one of the best things we could have ever done, not just for our business but on a personal level too. Going to school and University only taught us to a certain extent of what the real world is like and never prepared us for how it would be like to run our own company, the Entourage team used real-life examples and specific topics that related to operating a successful company – topics ranged from managing growth, accountability partners to budgets/forecasts. It helped push our boundaries, think bigger and through the networks stemming from the Entourage we’ve been able to create great relationships and friendships with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
As a result, in just over one year we have built Cupcake Central to a well-recognised brand within Melbourne with two retail stores in prominent locations, with a projected turnover of $2 million this financial year. We have also expanded to other retail ventures by working alongside Schnitz and being one of their first franchisees to open a store in Melbourne. Our fourth store is currently being built and will be revealed early 2012 and will be our prototype for our next franchised retail venture.” - Sheryl Thai (Cupcake Central) |
More About The Entourage
![]() |
The Entourage is Australia’s largest group of real entrepreneurs & executives under 40.With an obsolete education system that was designed when the world was flat, we believe that people are better off learning from people with “been there, done that” experience in their chosen field.
We’re facing some serious problems on the planet. It’s becoming increasingly obvious to a growing number of people that if we are to tackle these issues we cannot rely on charities, corporations or Government. We believe that creative solutions to pressing problems will come from entrepreneurial endeavors. When you combine commerce with charity, you can begin to offer a hand up rather than a hand out. This is what is required if we are to overcome the challenges we face. The Entourage aims to inspire and develop entrepreneurs to start, build and exit high growth ventures so that we can develop the social entrepreneurs of tomorrow, and effect real change for good. |

Jack Delosa – Gen Y Entrepreneur & InvestorJack Delosa is a Gen Y entrepreneur and investor and was recently described by Sunrise as “The Young Aussie Millionaire That Didn’t Finish Uni.” Jack has been named in Australia’s top 10 entrepreneurs under 30. From having his company listed in the Fastest 50 Start-Ups in Australia, to raising over $5m for his personal clients and acquiring businesses with his panel of investors, Jack Delosa is an emerging leader for future and existing entrepreneurs. |

Our market research shows that business owners with a university degree, rated their university a 3/10 in terms of it’s effectiveness in preparing them for the business world. Although 75% of people thought entrepreneurship can be taught, 90% indicated that university is not adequately prepared to educate entrepreneurs.
With the economic climate worsening and growth slowing, we at The Entourage believe it is not governments nor corporations that are going to breath life back into economy, it is entrepreneurs.
As such The Entourage was created out of a need to connect Australia’s best entrepreneurs with Australia’s next entrepreneurs, so that we can learn from people with “been there done that” experience.
Less than two years later The Entourage is now Australia’s largest network of entrepreneurs under 40, with the movement growing at a rapid rate.
The Young Entrepreneurs Unconvention has become Australia’s largest event for entrepreneurs under 40 with over 3,500 tickets being sold in our first six events.
Business can be hard but we at The Entourage believe the difference between those who do and those don’t, is exactly that.
Welcome to the team that do.
Dream Out Loud,

Jack Delosa, MD
